December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

I'm so excited about the December Stamp of the Month!  I love little stamps for some reason...especially cutesy ones.

If you've arrived here from {Dawn's Blog}, you're in the right place!  If you're just starting here on the Blog Hop, just click around from blog to blog and see what the 50+ Close To My Heart consultants have created to show you what they've dreamed up for this super cute stamp set!

And don't forget about the December special -

If you haven't seen the stamp set yet, here it is:  Year-Round Cheer.  It's perfect for a perpetual calendar, or if you like to make seasonal cards, it's perfect for that.  Each image is about 1 1/2" tall.

The stamps are kind of small - 1 1/2" x 1" or so.  I thought 3x3 cards would be perfect for this stamp set.  I also made a little holder with the Cricut Artiste cartridge (Z1790, $99).  There's 3 cool purse-type holders for cards - on the largest setting, it will hold 3x3 or a little larger card.  I also used a Velcro dot to close the top of the 'bag.'  It would be really cute to give someone a gift of 3x3 cards and matching envelopes (Z1475, $3.95 for 10 envelopes).

I made a few different ones using the different stamps, just for fun.

Here's the purse-style holder using the Flirty paper pack (X7160B, $9.95).  I cut a Cricut Art Philosophy (Z1686, $99) flower from the same paper.  The stamp is from the Avonlea card making workshop kit (G1041, $29.95).

Here's the coordinating card I made with the Stamp of the Month.  I stamped in New England Ivy (Z2135, $5.25) and colored the flowers with (lighter shade) Autumn Terracotta marker (Z2427, $5.95 for 2 markers).

I random stamped the circles from the Perfect Fit-Holiday stamp set (B1412, $10.95).  It makes a great background! Colors: Sorbet and Juniper.  Papers are from the Clementine paper pack (X7156B, $9.95).

The mini-snowflakes in the back are from Flakey Friends  (C1506, $13.95) (I cut one of the stamps). Inks:  Pacifica and Lagoon.  Also there's some Silver Glitz Glitter Gel (Z1482, $2.75) on there.

New England Ivy Ink and Autumn Terracotta (lighter) marker.  Also used Green Glitz Glitter Gel (Z1771, $2.75) and Colonial White Grosgrain Ribbon (retired).

Little cards are so much fun to make, plus they're a great way to use up your little scraps of paper!  You can purchase any of these items on my website, www.lisasargent.ctmh.com  There's also some great "while supplies last" specials, starting December 1.  Woo-hoo!!

Now it's time to hop over to {Brae's Blog} to see what fun things she has created for you!
